How To Verify Boost Account


Boost has been selected as one of the eBelia Rahmah providers by the government, together with Setel and TnG.

If you chose Boost to claim eBelia credit, you will need to verify your account first.

How to verify Boost account?

To verify your Boost account, please upgrade to the Premium Wallet and provide the following information: mobile number, full name as it appears on your ID, preferred name, email address, and ID number.

If required, you may need to submit ID documentation (only MyKad, MyPR, or a valid passport will be accepted). This information will undergo a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Boost holds the right to refuse, reject, or decline your application at our sole discretion, without providing any reason. Our decision will be final and binding.

Wallet Limit for Premium Wallet Users

The wallet limit for Premium Wallet users is set at Ringgit Malaysia Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine (RM4,999). This limit is established to protect users from fraudulent activities and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Daily and Monthly Transaction Limits

The daily and monthly transaction limit for Premium Wallet users is also Ringgit Malaysia Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine (RM4,999) per transaction.

This combined monthly transaction limit for payment and electronic money transfer is implemented to prevent illegal or unlawful transactions, including breaches of regulations under the Financial Services Act 2013 and the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing, and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001.

Transactions Allowed for Premium Wallet Users

As a Premium Wallet user, you can perform the following transactions, subject to the wallet limit and monthly transaction limit mentioned above, as well as completing all relevant KYC and screening processes:

  1. Cash In
  2. Electronic Transfer
  3. Payment

Monthly Reload or Top-Up Limit Using Credit Card

The monthly reload or top-up limit using a credit card for Premium Wallet users is Ringgit Malaysia Two Thousand (RM2,000).

There are no limits for reload or top-up using bank transfer and debit card.

Subscription Requirements for Premium Wallet

As mentioned above, to subscribe for the Premium Wallet, you must submit your mobile number, name as per ID, preferred name, email address, ID number or, if necessary, ID documentation (only MyKad, MyPR, or a valid passport is accepted). You will be subjected to a KYC process to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations. T

he platform reserves the right to refuse, reject, and/or decline your application at their sole and absolute discretion without providing any reasons whatsoever, and their decision shall be final and conclusive.

Premium Wallet Ownership Limitations

You may only have one (1) Premium Wallet per ID. If you have more than one Premium Wallet, you must choose your preferred Premium Wallet by 18th May 2020, and the remaining wallets will be treated as Basic Wallets.

If you do not choose your preferred Premium Wallet by 18th May 2020, all the wallets will be treated as Basic Wallets.
