The live chat service operates from Monday to Sunday, 9 am to 11.30 pm (GMT+8), where customers can get assistance with various concerns including online subscriptions.

For Unifi technical assistance, Unifi has a hotline (TM100) that operates daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. For inquiries regarding products & services, order management, and billing, the hotline is available from 8.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. daily.

  1. already complain to Customer service. need 4day to check. only signal at red, very slow respond, i don’t know why, likely no technical supports.
    payment need to fast, when problem waiting until get technical support.
