3. The eKYC process requires you to take photos of both sides of your MyKad. Ensure that the entire MyKad is visible, clearly lit, and free from glare.
4. Take a selfie, making sure your face fits within the displayed outline.
5. Your photos will be submitted for verification. Although the process can take up to 3 days, approval might be immediate.

PADU seems to be geo-locked to Malaysian IPs, so if you’re using a VPN, you’ll need to disable it to access the site. Also, some users, especially Samsung Galaxy smartphone users, may encounter issues when taking selfies due to camera activation issues.
